SAB: AstrHori RockStar 50mm F1.4 Tilt Review


Just the other day we posted about how AstrHori RockStar lenses are now available on Amazon, yet one of the more interesting lenses the AstrHori RockStar 50mm F1.4 Tilt still isn’t available on Amazon yet. The AstrHori 50mm F1.4 Tilt is a pleasant surprise.

Pros

  • Good sharpness in the centre wide open on 61Mpix, very Good on 24Mpix
  • Excellent Sharpness in the centre as of F4
  • Good corners and excellent as of F5.6
  • Very Nice Tilt effects
  • Good results also for standard portraits when not tilted
  • Soft background blur
  • Excellent Bokeh balls
  • Very Good color rendition
  • Clickless aperture
  • Reasonnable price (259 $)
  • Compact and light
  • Good build quality
