Sony has done a very good job of improving autofocus across their lineup and I would not hesitate to use any one of Sony’s bodies with this lens for fast action photography.

Shoten CRF-SE II (C) and CRF-SE II (S) Adapters

On September 14, Focus Kobo Co., Ltd. released the mount adapters “CRF-SE II (C)” and “CRF-SE II (S)” of its own brand SHOTEN. It uses brass material and realizes durability, rigidity and high mounting accuracy. Both suggested retail prices are tax 35,000 yen.

Both products are equipped with a helicoid with a payout amount of 8 mm. As a result, the shortest shooting distance can be shortened for lenses with focus ring, and for lenses without a focus ring, focus adjustment can be performed using this helicoid ring.
