Sony Camera Registrations WW459276 and WW559681 Found

New camera registrations for the Sony WW459276 and WW559681 were found on Weibo. They are believed to be for the next Sony a9III and Sony A1II with a less likely Sony a7SIV and Sony a7V thrown in for good measure. There have been rumors of a Sony a9III launch being imminent for a while now with Nov 8th being the latest date out there, but the other cameras mentioned really do not need refreshing yet. It will be interesting to see what comes of these registrations in the future.

The Laowa CF 8-16mm F3.5-5.0 C-Dreamer Wide-Angle Zoom lens has been known about for some time, and we had most of the specs back in August, but the lens is now imminent so new details are immerging on weibo. The two teasers above and the translated statements below are from weibo.

Laowa officially announced that it will release a new product on October 9, and may launch a new CF 8-16mm F3.5-5.0 C-Dreamer wide-angle zoom lens, which is approximately equivalent to a full-frame 12-24mm viewing angle, 16-element structure in 12 groups, and 5-element aperture. Blade, minimum focusing distance is 0.2m, can use 86mm circular filters, the lens body size is 88.5*88.5mm, weighs about 464 grams, and has Sony E, Fuji X, Nikon Z, Canon R and EF-M mounts.

TTArtisan just announced the TTArtisan AF 35mm f/1.8  in Asia. We should get it here soon in the States most likely on Amazon first followed by B&H Photo.
