Sony A1 II AF Engineer Suggests Sony Subject Auto Detect On Hold – Also Sony a9III AF is Superior

Bobby Tonelli received a great tip from the engineer of the Sony A1II AF system. Assign the subject auto detect on hold to a function button when shooting people that have their face obscured, like swimmers at the start of a meet. Bobby also asked the engineer which AF system is better, the Sony A1II or the Sony a9III, and he said the a9III is a little better, but they are both close.
