Notice of the termination of “PlayMemories Online” service And request to download the stored contents before the termination
Thank you for your continued interest in Sony products.
We announce that the “PlayMemories Online” service will be terminated on 29 February 2024. Thank you for using this service for a long time.
Prior to the end of service, only web browser browsing and download tools will be available after October 1, 2023.
Therefore, we would like to ask you to download the contents you have stored in the service.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We have prepared a download tool on the support page ( https://support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/www/disoft/int/playmemories-online/l/dltool ). Please use this tool to download your stored contents.
All contents remaining in PlayMemories Online as of February 29, 2024 will be deleted, so please download the necessary photos and videos before this date.
The contents you have can also be used in the “Creators’ Cloud*” service released on February 22. For more information, please visit https://creatorscloud.sony.net/ .
