Pushing The Limits of The Sony a7S

Conditions don’t get much more extreme than cave diving and the Sony a7S with Nautical housing is an ideal solution to capture these extreme moments. Christopher Brenna and his camera man Jonas Pedersen did an amazing job creating this video of El Toh in the Yucatan in Mexico. The footage was shot in Slog-2 with the ISO going as high as 50,000.

It’s huge, but Kai seems to love the Zeiss Batis 18mm f2.8. Unfortunately his admission that his shots are shit seems to have reduced the amount of effort he his willing to put into showing off a particular lens. He spends the entire video on the sea shore and in one spot.
