Sigma released MC-11 SA firmware update 1.21 (Download Here)
● It has become compatible with the SIGMA 14-24mm F2.8 DG HSM | Art for SIGMA SA mount, that has the latest firmware Ver.1.01.
● It has become compatible with the SIGMA 100-400mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM | Contemporary for SIGMA SA mount, that has the latest firmware Ver.1.04.
● It has become compatible with the SIGMA 85mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art for SIGMA SA mount, that has the latest firmware Ver.1.03.
● It has become compatible with the SIGMA 500mm F４ DG OS HSM | Sports for SIGMA SA mount, that has the latest firmware Ver.1.02.
Note: Before updating the SIGMA MOUNT CONVERTER MC-11 firmware, please ensure SIGMA Optimization Pro has been updated to ver. 1.5.0 or later.

Venus Optics announce pricing and availability of Laowa 65mm f/2.8 2X macro lens, a compact macro lens with 2:1 magnification and invisible CA

Anhui China, Jan 24, 2020 – Venus Optics, the Chinese camera lenses manufacturer endeavoring in crafting unique manual lenses that no two alike, unveil the pricing and availability of the highlighted product in 2020: Laowa 65mm f/2.8 2X macro APO. It is the first macro lens that Venus Optics specially design for mirrorless cameras with APS-C sensors. Looking at market offerings which can focus up to 1:1 at most, the Laowa macro lens is the only APS-C mirrorless lens in the market that is capable of achieving a 2:1 magnification. Nokishita found a new camera using the Sony NP-BX1 which is their compact camera battery.

Sony’s unpublished digital camera “WW119533” has been registered with the Taiwan NCC. Equipped with Wi-Fi (11b / g / n) and Bluetooth. Battery is NP-BX1 and supports micro USB charging.

As for Photorumors Argus rumor, I can not confirm 6 lenses in the works, but I know there are multiple formulations being considered so that they release the best 0.95 lenses that they can.
