Released “CEA-M1920T” (1920GB) and “CEA-M960T” (960GB) of the new “CEA-M Series” for CFexpress Type A memory cards that enable high-capacity and stable video recording
Sony will release the “CEA-M Series” as a new series of CFexpress Type A memory cards featuring long-time recording with high capacity. This series offers two types of VPG (Video Performance Guarantee) compliant CFexpress Type A memory cards, the world’s highest capacity ^{*1 1920GB “CEA-M1920T” and 960GB “CEA-M960T”.} The “TOUGH” specifications, which are shock-resistant and can be used safely even in harsh environments such as rain and dust, strongly support professional photography.

1. High capacity for peace of mind even when shooting for long periods of time

As a VPG-compliant CFexpress Type A memory card, it has a high capacity of 1920GB and 960GB, which is the world’s largest ^{*1 .} Even in environments where immediate backup is not possible, you can shoot long-time video recording such as XAVC S 4K 60p video without worrying about card capacity* ² .

2. VPG200 compliant to support stable video recording

It conforms to the VPG200 standard, which guarantees stable video recording at 200MB/s, and can stably record large amounts of data. For example, even when shooting at a high bit rate of XAVC SI 4K, you can record for a long time without worrying about dropping frames.

3. Protecting captured data with highly waterproof and dustproof “TOUGH specifications” and recovery software
