  • Canon EOS R10 – Very fast camera but not a lot of great affordable glass options
  • Panasonic G9 – top pick and it can still be found new at a reduced price point plus the camera has lots of features and affordable lenses to help you get the shot

Price Point $3,000

  • Sony a7IV – very capable camera with lots of glass options
  • OM System OM1 – most affordable in this category with lots of glass options and a rugged body
  • Fujifilm X-H2S – Right up there with the top pics thanks to the stacked chip with useful 20-30fps and lots of lens options
  •  Canon EOS R6 Mark II – top pick with amazing AF and a price point that matches Canons lenses better

Price Point Money Is No Object

  • Canon EOS R3 – Great camera that is very capable and rugged
  • Sony a7RV – Great sensor for this but could be faster
  • Sony A1 – the camera to use from Sony thanks to the speed
  • Nikon Z9 – top pick because the body feels like a pro wildlife body with great handling and controls
