Tamron 50mm, 80mm and 105mm f/2.8 Full Frame Patents Found Plus a 35mm f/1.8


It looks like Tamron is rapidly developing mirrorless lenses. The first list of new lenses coming was leaked here and now we have 4 more. If you look below you will notice there are two 105mm f/2.8, which is probably an indication that Tamron is making some lenses with tweaked designs to take advantage of different mirrorless mounts. Up until recently, most mirrorless lenses have been designed first for Sony E-Mount and repurposed for other camera mounts, but now there are mirrorless cameras with shorter flange distances that might need tweaks to get optimal results.
