Sony is Continuing to Develop Their Global Shutter Technology

Image Sensors World reported two new sensors from Sony with global shutter the flyer of IMX428LLJ/LQJ and IMX420LLJ/LQJ. The IMX428LLJ allows for variable shutter speeds, while the IMX420LLJ is capable of capturing images at up to 200fps. I wonder what Sony’s next a9 will be capable of considering how quickly they are advancing global shutter technology.
