Sony registered two new XQD memory cards with the Russian certification agency. Their model numbers are QDG120F and QDG240F. Sony currently has 4 other high-speed XQD cards available for sale today the QDG32E/J, QDG64E/J, QDG128E/J and QDG256E/J (B&H Photo / Amazon).
