The Viltrox AF 35mm f/1.2 LAB is a true tour de force . It combines a very wide aperture , very high optical quality and a very premium construction , all at a reasonable price .
Strengths
- Very high sharpness from f/1.2 and exceptional at f/2.8
- Controlled chromatic aberrations and distortions
- Smooth bokeh rendering
- Premium finishes
- Numerous manual controls
- Very good value for money
- Responsive autofocus
Weaknesses
- A little heavy and bulky
- Imprecise aperture ring, no lock
- Very marked vignetting at full aperture
