The 7Artisans 50mm f/1.2 has been announced, and it has an interesting built-in lens hood that reminds me of the Leica Summilux. The lens in no way will compete with the Summilux, but it could be a fun lens to own, thanks to its rich character. If you don’t have a cheap character centric 50mm lens, then this might be the lens for you.
