Sony is well known for making some of the best Full Frame cameras but we rarely see new APS-C bodies from them. The Sony a6700’s PDR performance is good but not exceptional and the base ISO of 100 benefits Sony quite a bit in the above testing by Photons to Photos and you can view/manipulate the results here.
I chose to compare the Sony a6700 to the Fujifilm X-H2 because it currently has a high-end implementation of a 40MP APS-C sensor, while the Fujifilm X-T4 was chosen to show Fujifilm’s implementation of the Sony 26MP sensor that is inside the a6700 and X-T4.
