Everything that was leaked earlier today is confirmed by these pics. Including a CFExpress A MRW-G2 Card Reader that will complement two CFExpress A cards that Sony will launch coming in at 80GB and 160GB along. This also includes a grab of the new touch screen menus. It also looks like the Sony a7SIII will get an audio accessory that supports XLR. There will also be HEIF image support with 4:2:0 and 4:2:2 as a JPEG option.
