Camera Labs gives us our first look at how well the Sony a7III electronic shutter works and it’s not much better than other cameras so the Sony a7III electronic shutter should be reserved for subjects not in motion. So far I remain really impressed with how much Sony packed into the a7III, but they really need to put internal intervalometers in their cameras for time-lapse work, there is simply no excuse in 2018 not to have one.
