Warning: Fotodiox AF Adapter for Canon EF to E-Mount Problems

There are now two reports of the Fotodiox adapter breaking Sony cameras. At this time it is hard to tell how wide spread the problem is, so use caution if you own one of these adapters until we hear more. Hopefully these are isolated incidents.
